Danton Supple

Based at Strongroom Studios in Shoreditch, East London, Danton is an accomplished producer and mixer and has recently been producing and mixing the debut album by Norma Jean Martine (Universal Germany), mixing his third album with Soulsavers and Dave Gahn and producing tracks for Mark Eitzel of American Music Club.

Starting as an engineer at the famous Sarm Studios, Danton spent many years with legendary producers such as Trevor Horn, Steve Lillywhite, Phil Spector, Paul Oakenfold, Mike Hedges and Gil Norton, gaining invaluable experience from them all, before moving to production in the late 90’s.


Charlie Andrew is a record producer, mixer, songwriter and drummer in Laurel Collective with whom he runs the In The Woods festival. His work has been nominated for Grammy’s, Brits’s, Ivor Novello’s, won the Mercury Prize, ARIA awards and more, he’s had several top 10 albums including a number 1 with Alt J last year. In 2013 Charlie won the Break Through Producer of the Year at the Music Producers Guild Awards.

Having begun his career as an assistant at Abbey Road where he worked on several high profile projects including The Wall (Roger Waters Live In Berlin) and several film scores such as Gangs of New York, Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets and the Lord of The Rings trilogy, He left Abbey Road to pursue his career as a drummer with the Laurel Collective & as a record producer/mixer. He’s since been signed as a songwriter to Double Six (Domino’s publishing company) and is now published by BMG.

He’s worked with the likes of Alt J, Madness, Matt Corby, Nick Mulvey, Rae Morris, Clive Langer, We Were Evergreen, Sivu, Marika Hackman, Tenterhook, Darwin Deez and more.

In The Woods has gained a reputation as one of the best showcase festivals for new bands winning Best Independent Festival at the AIM awards, and has been nominated for several other awards. It’s played host to acts including Years & Years, Slaves, Laura Marling, Kate Tempest, Slaves, Jack Garratt, Gengahr, Anna Calvi, Kwabs, Soak, Ghostpoet, Alt J, Lianne La Havas, Lucy Rose, Drenge and more.


Dan Cox is a sound engineer and music producer, and co-founder of Urchin Studios in East London. He has been in the recording profession for over 8 years, and in 2014 won Breakthrough Engineer of the Year at the MPG Awards. Dan is probably best known for his work with the singer-songwriter Laura Marling, and former Sonic Youth front man Thurston Moore.


Catherine Marks is a Producer, Engineer and Mixer recently nominated for Breakthrough Producer of the Year at the 2016 MPG Awards.

Having worked closely with legendary producers Alan Moulder and Flood in the past, she now has over 10 years of experience working in studios all over the world. Her production, mixing and engineering credits include Wolf Alice, Sunset Suns, Foals, The Amazons, Alex Winston, Jagaara, PJ Harvey, Champs, Howling Bells, Meanwhile, Kanye West, Ian Brown, MIA, Placebo, Ride, Killers and Mr Hudson.

Collaborating with new bands and established artists alike, Catherine is always endeavouring to get the best out of those she works with. Completely in tune with the mechanics of the studio environment, Catherine is calm, devoted and passionate about each project she works on making the artists feel relaxed and positive about creating and experimenting in the studio.

Catherine has recently returned from the States working with LA based artist Beware of Darkness on his second record and, now back in London, will be going into the studio again with Fiction Records latest signing, The Amazons.
